    snowboard Discovery

    For who?

    I can do 4 or 6 discovering turns

    Technical objectives :
    • Knowledge of the material and environment
    • Turning discovery corners without stopping
    • Move in one-foot
    • Keep the board flat

    Test : 
    Must master 2 of the 3 tests

    • Changing direction on both sides of the fall line. 
    • Elementary rounded turns.
    • Direct line facing down the slope normal foot or switch.

  • 1st Snowboard

    For who?
    I can link 4-6 elementary turns on a course (around 20m spaced cones).

    Technical objectives :
    • To turn regular elementary turns
    • Be self-sufficient on steep slopes
    • To make its first jumps

    Test : 
    Must master 2 of the 3 tests

    • Fakie - 4-6 basic turns in switch.
    • A small snowpark jump with take-off and landing flat.
    • Flat link two sliding 180°s front and back with a backside turn in between.

  • 2nd Snowboard

    I can link small radius basic turns on a medium slope.

    Test :
    Must master 2 out of the 3 tests offered

    • Fakie : 6 to 8 turns in switch through a small slalom.
    • Flat : 2 180° jumps with a turn in between.
    • Freestyle : A tail press on a box.

  • 3rd Snowboard

    I can complete a series of basic short and long radius turns.

    Test : 
    Must master 2 out of the 3 tests offered

    • Hold a nose or tail slide.
    • Flat :2 x 180° jumps in back and switch whilst traversing with a frontside turn in between.
    • Freestyle : A balanced grab on a 4 to 6 metre box.

  • Snowboard Expert

    I do descend in all snow conditions / all terrain combining speed, trajectory, style and efficiency.

    Test : 
    Must master 2 out of the 3 tests offered

    • X Boarder : obtain the x-boarder vermeil level.
    • Flat :A minimum of 4 linked figures in flat.
    • Freestyle : Slide on a box in boardslide and a 360° on a medium box (4 to 6 metres).
